Daniela Dlugosch ist Erziehungswissenschaftlerin mit jahrelanger Erfahrung in der Beratung von Unternehmen. Sie liebt Methodenvielfalt und neue Herausforderungen in der Weiterbildung und Lehre..
Sie arbeitet an der Uni in Kiel als Lehrkraft für besondere Aufgaben zu den Themen future skills, Selbstkompetenz und sozial-kommunikative Kompetenz. Parallel ist Daniela freiberuflich in vielen unterschiedlichen Bereichen und Branchen.
Bettina Pfaendner, futureoflearning Orchestrator,
Bettina
Pfaendner has a diverse and accomplished background in education,
entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. She holds a Magister Artium
degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, with a focus on
Theater/Communication Science and Romance Philology. Furthering her
expertise, Bettina has earned a Graduate Certificate in Learning &
Teaching in Higher Education from SUT, a Certificate in Film Directing
from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, and a Micro Certificate in
"Leadership and Innovation" from Swinburne University of Technology.
Bettina's
professional journey is marked by significant contributions in various
roles. As a University Executive at Swinburne University of Technology,
she has supported the Learning Transformations Unit as a strategic and
digital projects coordinator, led the Curriculum Accelerator as Academic
Director, and managed the production of the Future of Learning week, a
Learning & Teaching conference.
Her experience also spans
Learning Design at Macquarie University and the University of Melbourne,
where she contributed to curriculum development and educational
innovation. As an entrepreneur, Bettina founded "The Future of Learning"
and "Digital Dolphins," focusing on digital storytelling and AI
applications in storytelling, respectively. She also co-founded TV
Akademie Berlin and LivinGlobe, bringing immersive cinema experiences to
audiences.
In academia, Bettina served as a lecturer at SUT and
UoM - Victorian College of the Arts, teaching Media & Communication,
Film & Television. Her tenure as a Senior Film & Television
Producer saw her lead creative and executive production efforts for RTL,
Sat.1 Broadcasters, Grundy Ufa, and Endemol TV Production, managing
substantial budgets and teams.
Bettina's publications, such as
"How to Overcome Technophobia in Academia" and "Storytelling for
Fulldome Film," reflect her dedication to advancing educational
methodologies and leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
Currently Bettina is organising and supporting the Higher Education Alliance in Digitisation in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany
